LI: To learn about role models.
For kiwi can we were leanring about role models. We had a new kiwi can leader his name was Lelo his role model is the rock and he does MMA and he likes to beat box. Then we played our Energizer the game was called hammer we had to find a partner and you have to put your hand on top of the other person hand. If someone says up the bottom person has to put there hand on top of the hand on top and if someone says bottom the top hand has to go at the bottom and if they say hammer the person had to try and smack the hand on the bottom.
Then we were learning about role models so we had to pick our role models and why we picked that role model. then we our activity the game we plaed was called nots and croses the only way to win is to cross in a line it was boys vs girls.

First waka
LI: to learn about the first ten waka.
Originally there were no people in new zealand. The first people to settle in new zealand came in a series of waka.
The first ten wakas were named. Mataatua,Tākitimu,Tainui Te, Arawa,Aotea,Tokomaru,Horouta,Uruao
and Ārai-te-uru.
Most of the waka visted the North island. Some of the places they landed at were.
Takapau Kura, Te Awanui,Takou Bay and Whangaparaoa.
The ten waka came to new zealnad to discover new lands for people to live.

For kiwi can we were learning about leader ship. We played this game called bop it we if she says cone we had quickly grab a cone. we had to do dance so if she says woah we had to do the woah
if your partner gets the cone first you are out and you have to wait in till the round ends. Then we were talking about leader ship leader ship is where you have to be resopnesbal for the things that people are doing. For our activity we played this game called whisper we have one person from our team outside then someone tell us a word you have to go back to your group tell them the but whisper the last person has to say the word out loud.

For kiwi sport we did rippa rugby we did dril. For the drill we played this game we had to get into two teams there was a red team and a green. So we had to run with ball, when we got to the blue cone we had to throw it back to the in the line then he has to throw it back then we had run in zig zag threw the cones. Then we got into a real game of rippa rugby. We got splited in two teams red and green team. most people lost there rippa tag. How to play this game, if someone rips your tag you have to past the ball its like rugby so like if you tackled you have to past the ball.
